[edit 29.08.2022]I’ve recently been in contact with the owner who took great care in acknowledging, explaining and rectifying the bad service previously provided. This is what I’m accustomed to from them. The quality has gone back to the high standards and rightfully so. It’s great to see business owners caring about their customers!I’m happy to bring it back to 5 stars.[Original]I always order from Regatto’s Naas - It’s a shame I’ve had to redact my review from 5 to 2 stars. It seems the standards have dropped recently.I ordered last night and got a call from the owner as there was a delay in the order, apparently due to staff shortage. At this point I’m already waiting an hour, but it wasn’t a huge deal for me, and I appreciated the call, so I said no worries.My order was delivered over 1.5hrs later and everything was absolutely cold. To me it seemed the food actually left on time and was with the driver for quite some time, because I cannot stress enough how cold the food was. The chips especially, were actually cold to touch.As I said, it seems the standards have dropped, look at the attached image, that’s the smallest dinner box I’ve ordered from any chipper. First time Regatto’s have severed me a dinner box that size.I wasn’t happy with everything and wanted an explanation, not even an apology. So I called back, a staff member answered and told me the manager/owner will call me back in a few minutes - never happened. This is the worst thing you can do to a customer.Anyway, If I have to reheat my takeaway, it’s the last time I’m ordering from that place.

I started going in here the odd time once minth if going through and always knew I was guaranteed a proper bag of chips and either Batter burger or Smoked cod only two I ever get really, but recently I’ve been going in here more regularly as I’ve been working on the route to home. These guys are very nice and hard working I’ve watched them at times and must be the addition of the App to order on but they prioritize orders from it and seen them scramble to get orders bang on correct before even serving myself who’d I’d consider a regular now. But also prioritize “walk ins” also of course once they’ve sorted the App orders.Food quality wise …They give proper servings of chips not just fill small white chip bag and not put more in..they put another 2 scoops in. They have Big Batter burgers not just standard burger sizes with batter in them.Also they use proper Cod, not just use smoked Haddick or Coley like alot other places if the Cod has run low. I know this as I know my fish. If they’ve run out of Cod then it’s actually run out and nothing else will be served.I got also half pounder and I could tell and taste the beef wasnt just typical frozen 2 quarter pounders I’d get in supermarket.I actually got pizza few days ago and it was surprisingly good as I’d not usually get chipper pizza..but they got it smothered on and the pizza crust was tasty I have to say.I thought I’d make effort with this review as I’d seen few bad ones previously given. So whatevers changed has worked wonders in my opinion.I’m pretty picky on my chippers tbh, I’ve been to alot in last few months from this place all along way to South Dublin out to Bray onto Wicklow town and honestly out of 7 other places I’d choose this and one other that I’d put on my list as Joint No.1. Go here and see for yourself. I stand by the choices I order.The prices are actually very cheap compared to others and I noticed they’re €1 and €2 cheaper than even other places which is other thing I’m impressed with given quality they deliver. Ordered form here on just Eat App at 8:30pm nothing massive just a pizza.. Food still hadn’t arrived by 10pm, when restaurant was rang twice was put on hold and told theirs nothing they can do, apparently the delivery driver was useless… When the food eventually arrived some rude dog arrived at my door, when l asked what the story was with the wait for the food he shrugged his shoulders and smirked at me and started laughing .. Safe to say l didn’t take the food l sent him back with it.. Such poor customer service will definitely not be ordering from here again.. I’d rate this kip 0 stars if l could, ur company won’t stay in business too long if ur staff treat customers like that and they’ve to wait half the night for there food until u decide your ready to deliver it…

Popped in here on new years eve eve with guys from work. It was one of the only places opened.We all ordered something different. My order was taco chips with a drink and a battered sausage with red sauce in the middle and onions on top it was a first for me. It tasted lovely, I don’t usually go to this chipper but will return at some point to get another battered sausage.The chipper is located on upper main street Naas and had some daily deals for customers. Great customer service and speedy serving.
